-This is our first neck phone holder and I like it much better than the first, which had a magnet attachment. The phone is much more secure in the spring-loaded holder, which has ridges in the front to ensure the phone doesn't get knocked out easily. It also comes with a safety cord to attach to the phone case and the neck holder so the phone cannot drop if it does come loose, and a body strap to help keep the phone from bouncing all over during running or other exercise. I particularly like the half ring around the large screw on the back of the holder that makes it easy to turn the screw for adding and removing the holder from the arm on the neck piece. It's also very easy to take an end of the loop out of the connecting piece so you don't have to put the loop over your head all the time. Just a little note. The pictures in the instructions are correct, but the verbiage says to "attach magnet ring to IPhone's magnetic area." This does not have a magnetic ring and I consider it a far superior product to the one that uses the magnet as a connector.
